You will take responsibility for the entire recruiting process — from assessing hiring needs and managing the selection process to signing contracts and successfully onboarding new employees.
You will work closely with the business units, advise hiring managers across the entire recruiting funnel, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
You will support and/or coordinate tasks related to preparatory payroll and collaborate closely with external service providers and internal stakeholders.
You will bring structure to our HR activities, develop standards, workflows and KPIs, and ensure efficient, scalable processes.
You will identify optimization opportunities in HR processes and independently implement projects (e.g., in digitalization, automation or AI applications in HR).
You will be responsible for and optimize operational HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle (e.g., onboarding, contract management, personnel administration).
You will actively drive talent acquisition (active sourcing, building networks, using innovative recruiting channels) and develop sustainable talent pipelines for future needs.
