Lead the deployment of EHR functionality and capabilities that support the electronic exchange of clinical data
Partner closely with providers, customers, internal stakeholders, and end users to ensure solutions meet business, clinical, and regulatory needs
Shape business and go‑to‑market strategies, working with vendor and DDAT partners to deliver technical enablement across multiple EMR platforms
Collaborate with Business, Clinical, Compliance, DDAT, Legal, and Vendor teams to deliver technologies and processes that advance our strategy for seamless clinical data exchange and meet all government requirements
Build business cases and collaborate with DDAT Product Owners in PI planning and execution
Drive DDAT prioritization and identify gaps and recommend enhancements related to new and/or existing products, services and workflows based on broad view of the industry
Requirements
7-10 years or more of healthcare experience
At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Program Manager with a proven track record of managing complex projects
Executive presentation skills and knowledge of PowerPoint
Ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
