You will be responsible for developing the brand strategy and continuously refining the brand positioning and brand identity of our brands.
You will plan and design communications activities and execute them across channels.
With your strong sense of trends, you will work with the product team to develop innovative concepts that have the potential to revolutionize the market.
You will manage external agencies and independently implement marketing initiatives operationally – from briefing through to final delivery.
You will ensure consistent communication across all external and internal channels.
You will work closely with distribution and have a good eye for attractive POS design and activations.
Close collaboration and exchange with Marketing, Sales and Ecommerce.

Degree or vocational training in Marketing / PR / Communications
At least 2–3 years of professional experience in a comparable role with a focus on beauty
Initial contacts with distributors or experience in brick-and-mortar retail is an advantage
You are creative and curious and enjoy developing and implementing ideas
You think strategically – always keeping our mission and target audience in mind
You have bold creative ideas and approaches to share our products and mission
Your sense for design, copy and tone of voice is reliable; you are confident in both German and English
You prefer to work independently and in an organized way and want to contribute and shape things
On-site presence in Berlin is required (with a flexible home office policy)
