Conceptualize and manage holistic sales of our innovative product for the construction industry in the DACH region
Responsible for the entire sales cycle: identifying and approaching new customers, assessing needs, pricing, preparing proposals, and closing contracts
Advise customers on the optimal use of our platform as a knowledgeable partner to develop the ideal solution while taking their interests and requirements into account
Successfully capture significant market potential with access to leading companies in the construction industry
Qualify and expand new customer relationships within the construction sector and identify cross
and upselling opportunities
Conduct demo web sessions and present our software
Requirements
Solid consultative, sales, or sales-adjacent experience in the B2B sector, e.g., as a (Junior) Account Manager or Sales Manager
Demonstrable success in new customer acquisition, e.g., as a Sales Development Representative—ideally from the SaaS sector or from recruitment/staffing services
Strong interest in and passion for sales and AI
High motivation and resilience, quick thinking, perseverance, and enjoyment of working in a demanding, fast-paced sales environment
Entrepreneurial mindset and an open, courageous personality who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and help shape things
Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident presence, empathy, and persuasive ability — in short, a “customer-centric” mindset
Excellent written and spoken German and English
