About this role
Role Overview
Consult with client to understand their travel preferences, budgets and needs
Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel bookings
Research travel options including accommodations, transportation, and activities
Present customized recommendations and service solutions
Coordinate reservations and confirm booking details
Maintain accurate client records and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Resolve customer questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service experience preferred (retail, hospitality, call center, or service industries welcome)
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Comfortable using online systems and booking platforms
Self-motivated with the ability to manage time independently
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred (Not Required) Sales or client-facing experience
Experience in hospitality, events, or travel services
