Role Overview
- You demonstrate that newcomers offer significant benefits to employers

- Continuous development and optimization of Revenue Operations and sales processes
- Further development of lead generation in collaboration with our Marketing team
- Identify and engage multipliers to expand our sales network
- Negotiation of contracts and partnerships
Requirements
- Ideally, you have relevant experience in B2B sales; experience in recruiting/HR is a plus
- You bring drive and have proven it in previous roles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and very good English proficiency are essential
- You are a team player, bring positive energy, and can convey it to others both externally and internally
