Role Overview
- You will build our marketing function in a structured, sustainable and autonomous way — no agency, no micromanagement.
- The goal is not short-term actionism but: a clear, sharp market positioning on the website
- Generate more qualified B2B leads for our sales team
- Sustainable visibility across multiple channels
- Automated and long-lasting marketing processes
- Define market positioning
- Develop a thoughtful marketing plan
- Continue the existing SEO strategy and execute it operationally via the Strapi CMS
- Manage our Google Ads and set up YouTube Ads
- Run simple LinkedIn campaigns and build and structure a specialist blog, producing B2B content (case studies, technical articles, white papers)
- Basic conversion optimization
- Create presentations for sales & channel partners
- Minor image optimization
Requirements
- You have several years of proven experience in B2B marketing
- You can create concepts and translate them into clear roadmaps
- You work in a structured way and prioritize sensibly
- Done is better than perfect
- You stay calm when many tasks are pending at once
- You think in systems, not in isolated measures
- You implement yourself (no agency management)
- You love automation and sustainable measures
- You understand SEO, paid ads and organic visibility holistically
- AI helps you complete tasks quickly and easily
