Work closely with the VP of Sales Performance and the Executive Team to set the sales strategy to ensure revenue goals are met
Manage up to 8 Regional Directors of Sales
Oversee a portfolio of 45 to 60 hotels for successful execution of sales plans
Proactively develop and lead a team of sales “hunters” by demonstrating proper sales strategies and techniques
Encourage, support and motivate team through Bi-Weekly One on One’s and Team Meetings
Establish and build relationships with key brand partners, hotel owners, and General Managers
Drive sales performance and provide coaching to implement improvements and retain clients
Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to the VP of Sales Performance and Executive Team
Create remarkable client experiences and manage expectations

3-5 years of Director of Sales experience in a regional role overseeing a Select Service portfolio
Success in leading a high performing sales team focused on revenue generation and sales performance
Experience leading a team of 8+ salespeople in a remote environment
Proficiency using a CRM and analyzing data to evaluate sales performance
Expertise in hiring and onboarding sales associates
Persuasive communication and ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrates a deep commitment to company culture and caring for its employees and clients
Effective presentation skills
Experience working in a remote home office environment
Ability to work from your home office at a computer for extended periods of time
