Senior Claims Analyst

Role Overview

• You assess and manage motor vehicle (Kfz) and private liability (PHV) claims where our AI reaches its limits and full automation is not possible.
• You combine your expertise with cutting-edge tools.
• You challenge existing processes, rethink workflows, and help improve our AI.
• You work closely with insurers, clients, and our team.
• Your feedback feeds directly into our AI models and changes how thousands of claims are handled in the future.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in claims handling (Kfz / PHV)
• A proactive mindset with a preference for innovation over 'business as usual'
• Openness to and affinity for digital tools and AI
• A structured working style, team player attitude, and eagerness for innovation
