Manage and control day-to-day accounting operations (general ledger, accounts receivable and accounts payable)
Perform bank reconciliations and verify the accuracy of entries
Prepare payments and monitor cash flow
Participate in monthly and annual closings
Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance with Swiss accounting standards
Liaise with auditors, external accounting firms and authorities
Support the preparation and monitoring of budgets
Manage grant applications with the relevant agencies
Issue invoices, credit notes and credit memos
Monitor customer payments and handle collections
Manage administrative disputes (billing, deliveries, quantities)
Produce sales reports and develop financial dashboards
Support the CEO in financial and operational steering
File and archive accounting documents

Tertiary education or professional qualification in accounting
Proven experience in general accounting, ideally including invoicing and accounts receivable management
Good knowledge of Swiss accounting standards
Excellent command of Excel and Odoo (required)
Experience in an SME or startup strongly preferred
Analytical mindset and high level of accuracy
Autonomous, reliable and discreet
Proactive with strong organizational skills
Service-oriented with good interpersonal skills
French and English required; German is an asset
