Finance & Operations Manager

Role Overview

• Payment & invoicing management
• Invoicing and invoice finalization
• Ensuring timely payments
• Tracking non-payers, including maintaining a clear overview
• Support in dunning and escalation processes
• Weekly preparation of relevant KPIs
• Monthly overview of payments, outstanding items & variances
• Daily check of new contracts (billing, installments, payment terms)
• Preparation of accounting records for the tax advisor
• Support with terminations & contract cancellations
• Development and optimization of existing systems
• Documentation of processes (SOPs)
• Support in planning & forecasting processes
