Role Overview
- Own digital revenue, margin and contribution targets
- Drive weekly trading performance and forecasting
- Identify growth opportunities and performance gaps
- Implement commercial optimisation initiatives
- Optimise digital channels for ecosystem revenue, not just device sales
- Increase attach rates for mobile plans and subscriptions
- Improve customer lifetime value across the installed base
- Partner with Product and Mobile teams on activation optimisation
- Optimise site performance, UX and conversion rate
- Improve checkout conversion and average order value
- Drive merchandising and promotional strategy
- Partner with Growth Marketing to improve paid traffic ROI
- Own Amazon and marketplace performance
- Improve listing optimisation and search performance
- Manage promotional cadence and inventory alignment
- Improve marketplace profitability and operational efficiency
- Bring strong performance marketing mindset and discipline
- Establish growth metrics, dashboards and reporting frameworks
- Drive experimentation and optimisation initiatives
- Improve CAC efficiency and ROI
- Lead and develop a small digital growth team
- Partner with CEO, COO and Global Revenue Lead
- Collaborate with Product, Mobile, Finance and Supply Chain
- Drive cross-functional execution and accountability
Requirements
- 6+ years experience in digital commerce, growth or performance marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Shopify
- Experience working with Amazon or marketplace channels
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
- Experience owning revenue or growth targets
- Experience working in fast-paced or scale-up environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in SaaS, apps, subscriptions or connected devices (Highly Desirable)
