About this role
Role Overview
- Responsible to establish, own and maintain an operational governance model with our key strategic partners (internal & external) and vendors
- Ensure that the MSS Engine receives the expected value from our strategic partners and vendors by focusing on alignment, governance, and enabling vendors to contribute to service quality, cost efficiency, scalability, and AI leverage
- Define and implement a MSS Engine Vendor Performance Monitoring with clear KPIs to track the health and quality of our strategic partners and vendors
Requirements
- Strong Presentation Skills
- Office Tool Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Reporting skills (Excel, BI reporting)
- Broad and out of the box thinking
- Experience in alignment initiatives and Lean management
- Ability to coordinate teams
- Experience with recommendations aimed at improvement
- Experience with maximizing profits and saving costs
- Experience with developing frameworks for collaboration and reporting
- Language Skills: English. Other languages are a bonus
