15+ years focused on building sophisticated and data-driven B2B software products
Subject matter expertise in the industry and known expert in the financial software market
Proven expertise of product strategy, double-digit software growth, and revenue achievement
Extensive enterprise team management experience in a complex, matrixed software environment
Ability to lead complex change management and communications
Strong ability to inspire and coach, and a history of hiring, managing, leading, and mentoring high performing teams
Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams
