Act as the 'Voice of Retention' in product squads, providing evidence-based input on gamification, feedback loops, and social mechanics.
Design and run retention experiments with clear hypotheses, focusing on high-impact, low-complexity initiatives that drive lifetime value (LTV).

5–8 years in Retention, Lifecycle Marketing, Product or Sales Ops, or Growth roles, ideally within a B2B2C or SaaS environment.
Highly comfortable navigating complex data sets to find the 'story' behind user behaviour.
Strong grasp of habit formation, engagement mechanics, or behavioural economics (e.g., Self-Determination Theory).
Can influence Product, Data, and Sales teams to align around retention outcomes without having direct authority over them.
Clear communicator who can simplify complex strategies and create immediate momentum in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for fitness is a must.
