Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate advisory or brokerage.
In-depth knowledge of the Dubai commercial real estate market.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
