ESA is expected to work closely with engineer and project manager in daily activities
Executing task assign by project manager
Project documentation & logistic work, raise internal support request, ECO (Engineering Change Order) and MCO (Manufacturing Change Order)
Manage BOM (Bill of Material) and component inventory
To submit PR (Purchase Requisition) and PO (Purchase Order) tracking
Manage manufacturing prototype job or qualification job request
New component part number creation (Experiences with electronic component attributes is a plus)
To work collaboratively with internal cross functional teams such as PCB, Test, compliance, manufacturing, and others based on project requirement.
Demonstrate great teamwork and ability to interact across R&D and manufacturing team.

This position requires a diploma or degree with relevant working experience.
Candidate must have good experience in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook & Teams.
Ability to work, learn independently and to manage time effectively in a fast-paced high-tech work environment.
Positive team player & passionate in problem solving.
Multi-tasking.
Ability to set priorities to meet regular deadlines.
Applied AI workflows: Able to design prompts, validate AI outputs, and integrate results into daily work with appropriate quality checks and data-privacy safeguards.
