Design, build, and maintain automated Power BI dashboards for Marketing and GTM teams.
Partner with marketing stakeholders to interpret KPIs related to marketing performance, funnel health, campaign impact, and pipeline contribution.
Develop scalable reporting frameworks to unify fragmented data and support self‑service analytics.
Ensure dashboards are intuitive, accurate, high‑performing, and aligned to consistent KPI definitions.
Collaborate with data engineers on data ingestion, transformation, and pipeline maintenance.
Troubleshoot data quality issues and logic discrepancies across marketing source systems.
Build strong business context around metrics to improve measurement frameworks and reporting approaches.
Investigate data anomalies and support ad hoc insight requests using SQL and exploratory analytics.
Act as a day‑to‑day resource helping stakeholders understand dashboards, KPIs, and data logic.
Triage and scope BI-related requests, translating business questions into clear technical requirements.
Support cross‑functional efforts involving KPI alignment, data quality improvements, system migrations, or reporting updates.
Provide documentation, training, and enablement to boost data literacy and adoption across marketing teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Power BI in a business environment.
Proficiency with Power Query and DAX to model data and define business metrics.
Ability to design intuitive dashboards optimized for business consumption.
Experience integrating Power BI with various data sources (SQL, Azure, Excel, Salesforce, etc.)
Strong working knowledge of SQL, with ability to write complex queries and optimize performance.
Experience with marketing systems such as Salesforce, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Marketo.
Experience using tools such as Jira, Trello, etc. to develop and manage full project plans from inception through delivery and closeout.
Familiarity with marketing funnel metrics, campaign performance measurement, and pipeline reporting.
Strong analytical reasoning, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
