Role Overview
- Conduct initial conversations with property owners (unit owners)
- Present our platform and support them through to the closing of the sale
- Collaborate with team leads to grow and develop the teams
- Participate in intensive onboarding phases
- Engage in regular team communication and ongoing development
- Opportunity to take on small projects after 6–12 months
Requirements
- Enjoy interacting with a variety of people
- Motivation to develop communication skills and learn from an experienced team
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Team player mentality with mutual support and celebration of successes
- Interest in digitalization in the real estate industry
- Sales experience is not required
