The Client Nexus Specialist will analyze various economic and other presence factors to determine where existing clients have changes in their sales tax nexus obligations on an annual basis.
The Client Nexus Specialist will be responsible for working with clients during their offboarding process.
The Client Nexus Specialist is responsible for initiating changes to existing client accounts resulting from a nexus review conducted.
You will support existing clients and their assigned hub to help with any issues that come up in regard to nexus, state nexus questionnaires, use tax, resale certificate and offboarding concerns of existing clients.
You will complete client project audits and peer reviews to ensure our clients' work is done correctly and all information is up-to-date.
You will actively work with the team to identify and implement improvements to project workflows.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience working with project management, tax advisory, research, audit, and/or accounting.
Sales tax experience is a plus, but not required.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or relevant work experience.
You consider yourself a master at spreadsheets; you love using formulas, especially within Excel.
