Role Overview
- Responsible for producing ad creatives on Meta and TikTok.
- Primary point of contact for clients; development and optimization of ad creatives.
- Creation of creative strategies for social media advertising.
- Communication with clients and accountability for their performance.
- Evaluation of creative tests and account performance based on KPIs.
Requirements
- At least 3–5 years of experience with Facebook, Instagram and TikTok ads.
- Experience in an agency environment, project management, and independently managing client accounts.
- Initial experience leading small teams (min. 2–3 people).
- Ability to develop copy strategies with audience-focused thinking.
- Analytical and strategic approach to audience work.
