Identify and acquire new B2B customers—primarily in the hospitality, hotel, and retail sectors—through various channels (phone, email, social media).
Discover new customer opportunities and fill the sales pipeline with qualified leads that align with our sustainability mission.
Nurture and develop existing customer relationships to build long-term partnerships and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities.
Develop creative sales strategies to increase brand awareness and open new markets.
Collaborate closely with management, marketing, and supply chain to develop customer-focused solutions and ensure optimal order fulfillment.
Requirements
Native German speaker and resident of the Canary Islands—preferably Gran Canaria is mandatory!
You already have initial experience in B2B sales, ideally in the hospitality, packaging, or consumer goods industry.
Alternatively, you are a motivated career changer with a strong sales mentality.
You are a communication talent and can quickly build new relationships, whether by phone, email, or in person.
Long-term customer relationships come naturally to you.
You want to actively contribute and enjoy helping deinetuete grow as a market leader in sustainable to-go packaging.
You can inspire customers and are not afraid to present sustainable packaging solutions as a real added value.
You are well organized, work independently, and keep an overview—even in a dynamic start-up environment.
You work confidently with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive), MS Office, and digital tools.
You are passionate about strong brands in the food sector and understand how custom packaging influences perception and business success.
