Clinical Support Training Specialist

Role Overview

• Designing and Developing Content
• Utilize instructional design and adult learning principles in eLearning materials
• Design and develop high quality instructional materials using multimedia tools
• Plan, execute, and facilitate live training sessions
• Provide ongoing mentorship and coaching to Training Coordinators
• Support onboarding new hire cohorts and evaluate training effectiveness
• Assess training outcomes and prepare knowledge checks
• Partner with department managers to identify performance gaps
• Maintain up to date knowledge of departmental policies and guidelines

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience with training facilitation
• Experience or understanding of instructional design preferred
• At least 1 year’s experience in any patient facing role
• Excellent public speaking, presentation and organizational skills
• Project Management: Ability to define scope, manage multiple tasks, foster collaboration, and adapt to changes
• Organizational Prowess: Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Innovative Problem-Solving: Creative and problem-solving abilities for effective learning methodologies
• Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Research Acumen: Proficient research skills
• Empathetic Teaching Approach: High empathy and understanding of effective teaching methodologies
• Technological Proficiency: IT proficiency for developing online training modules
• Consistent access to a private work environment with high speed internet
