Administration of medical business applications (e.g., meal ordering system, practice management software, HIS subsystems, etc.)
Management and updating of the virtualization environment based on VMware vSphere with vSAN vxRail cluster in the 1st–2nd level support area
Ensuring system availability for IT infrastructures and medical business applications through careful configuration and monitoring
Administration and management of central SQL Server systems and Windows Server Failover Clustering (WSFC) to ensure database integrity and availability
Contributing to the expansion and further development of the IT infrastructure by implementing and integrating new systems
Providing 2nd-level user support for software issues and delivering application support via Remote Desktop Services (RDS)
Coordinating external service providers and partners in relation to role-specific tasks
Administration of the telematics infrastructure

University degree in Computer Science or a comparable field
Experience administering Microsoft server-client environments
Knowledge of scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
Experience documenting IT systems and processes
License management as well as IT first
and second-level support
Desirable: Experience and knowledge in administering the telematics infrastructure
Reliable, team-oriented personality with good communication skills and good German language skills
