Monitoring user synchronization using Entra ID Connect
Managing access permissions within Entra ID
License management in the Azure cloud portals
User support for applications, MS Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Windows operating systems
Automating recurring tasks using PowerShell scripts
Management of mailboxes, distribution lists and other Exchange objects in a hybrid Exchange environment
Operation, administration and optimization of the Keycloak authentication solution, including realm and user management
Maintaining documentation and the knowledge base

Completed vocational IT training or equivalent professional experience
Strong knowledge of the Entra ID environment
Experience with common applications, especially Microsoft Office 365, Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive
Good knowledge of medium-sized network environments
Knowledge of authentication solutions (e.g., Keycloak)
Solid knowledge of common operating systems (Linux and Windows)
Good communication skills
Analytical thinking

Good written and spoken English skills
