Role Overview
- Execute month-end close activities to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Maintain the Fixed Assets register, including additions, disposals, and monthly depreciation
- Prepare, review, and post monthly journal entries and accruals
- Perform daily bank and cash reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Review, classify, and process Accounts Payable transactions
- Record and reconcile daily cash activity to maintain general ledger accuracy
Requirements
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – mandatory
- 1–3 years of general accounting experience
- Good English level
- Hands-on experience with month-end close processes
- Strong knowledge of Fixed Assets accounting
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
- High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
