Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for core HR modules (Core HR, Compensation, Performance, Time & Attendance, Onboarding, Recruiting, Analytics & Reporting) in alignment with organizational goals.
Act as the primary liaison between HR COEs (Centres of Excellence) and IT, translating business needs into technical requirements and user stories.
Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle using Agile/Scrum methodologies, from needs assessment and MVP definition to post-launch monitoring and continuous improvement.
Lead initiatives to streamline HR processes, identifying opportunities to reduce manual tasks, increase productivity, and enhance data accuracy through automation and digital transformation.
Oversee the configuration, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise HCM applications (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors).
Champion the "Clean and Lean" data strategy, ensuring HR datasets are accurate, reliable, and optimized for high-speed processing.
Collaborate with OCM specialists to drive user adoption of new HR technologies and processes.
Manage relationships with external software vendors and implementation partners.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certification in SAP SuccessFactors (e.g., SuccessFactors Professional Certification).
Extensive knowledge of HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite [including migrations (e.g., legacy to cloud), integrations, and process redesign].
Proven experience managing a product backlog and delivering features in an Agile environment.
Strong understanding of data architecture and governance.
Familiarity with project management activities.
Familiarity with OCM principles and a track record of driving user adoption for new technologies.
