Role Overview
- Execute ESR’s national marketing and communications strategy across Australia and New Zealand to strengthen brand reputation and market presence.
- Lead marketing initiatives across the ANZ portfolio, including campaigns, asset branding, customer communications and launch activity.
- Ensure consistent application of ESR’s brand guidelines across all channels, touchpoints and marketing materials.
- Oversee the refresh, governance and rollout of marketing tools and templates (including Templafy), aligned to Group brand standards.
- Manage the execution of ANZ signage guidelines, ensuring consistent brand representation across physical ESR sites.
- Manage ESR Australia & New Zealand’s digital presence, including the local corporate website, and provide content for Group social channels.
- Develop and oversee high‑quality submissions, pitches and bespoke proposals that position ESR as a preferred partner.
- Develop and maintain corporate collateral including brochures, signage, banners, newsletters, welcome packs, photography and other local content.
- Oversee the ESR ANZ Marketing Toolbox, ensuring content is current, well‑curated and accessible.
- Maintain content and image libraries with strong quality control and brand alignment.
- Review and quality‑check all marketing content and communications for accuracy, clarity and brand consistency.
- Manage public relations activity, supporting media engagement, brand reputation and issue management as required.
- Build strong, productive relationships with external agencies, suppliers and industry partners, including PR, creative, real estate and digital agencies.
- Partner with regional ESR teams on Group‑level initiatives, ensuring alignment and effective Australian and New Zealand market representation.
- Track and report on marketing performance, campaign effectiveness and customer engagement metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support continuous optimisation and informed decision‑making.
- Lead, coach and develop members of the ANZ Marketing team, fostering high performance, collaboration and accountability. Currently this role has one direct report.
- Champion strong operational discipline, forward planning and continuous improvement across marketing processes.
Requirements
** Education**
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or a related discipline.
** Experience, Skills & Competencies**
- 10+ years’ experience delivering integrated brand, marketing and communications programs within high‑performing or complex organisations.
- Experience in the property sector (ideally industrial or logistics) is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated capability delivering integrated marketing and communications initiatives at scale.
- Strong experience across campaign development, digital marketing, content production and customer experience programs.
- Proven ability to translate market research and insights into effective multi‑channel activity.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse internal and external groups.
- Experience managing marketing budgets with strong commercial judgement.
- Proven ability to lead, develop and motivate a team.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
