About this role
Role Overview
Develop and lead comprehensive sales and channel strategies that drive revenue growth.
Identify, recruit, and negotiate partnerships with high-potential dealers.
Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key dealer partners.
Coach and enable dealer sales teams through training and performance optimization initiatives.
Leverage market analytics to evaluate performance and inform strategic decision-making.
Deliver accurate sales forecasts and insights for senior leadership.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, finance teams.
Drive go-to-market initiatives and promotional campaigns.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance or related field or equivalent experience.
Five (5) years account management and/or business planning experience
Demonstrated success achieving and exceeding sales targets
Skilled in analyzing market trends, assessing dealer performance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experienced in using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
Skilled in delivering impactful product and sales training to dealer teams
Highly organized with exceptional time management skills.
