Role Overview
- Oversee and manage Company-controlled real estate within an assigned business group portfolio(s) from initial request through completion
- Develop and foster relationships with business leaders
- Manage real estate broker and other outsourced partners throughout transactions
- Coordinate with legal for review of all legally binding real estate documents
- Advise and coordinate with key functional colleagues for successful execution of real estate transactions
- Support proposal/business development efforts as needed
- Identify opportunities to optimize the real estate portfolio
- Provide input for the development of annual budgets and financial impacts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or an associated discipline
- Minimum of 12 years’ experience in corporate real estate, preferably in a transaction and portfolio management role for a real estate portfolio of at least 50 locations
- Or 8+ years with a Master degree
- US Citizenship is required
- Must be able to travel domestically.
