The HRIS Manager is responsible for the overall governance and optimization of the organization’s Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) platform.
This role leads the day-to-day management of Workday HCM, oversees a team of HRIS/Workday analysts, and partners closely with HR functional leaders, Payroll, IT, and external vendors to ensure Workday effectively supports business operations, compliance, and strategic workforce initiatives.
The Manager serves as the primary functional owner of Workday HCM, ensuring system integrity, scalable configuration, effective change management, and a high-quality end user experience across HR, managers, and employees.

5:00 PM | Days: Monday – Friday
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Five (5)+ years of experience supporting HR systems, including significant hands‑on experience with Workday HCM.
Workday Pro certification(s) or equivalent advanced Workday functional expertise.
Experience leading or mentoring HRIS/Workday team members.
Experience leading HR technology projects.
Experience partnering with HR and business leaders on system solutions.
Strong understanding of HR processes, data governance, and system security concepts.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
