Translate business needs into effective HR solutions, collaborating with Centres of Expertise to address challenges
Drive workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organisational design initiatives
Support and implement restructuring and change management processes, ensuring legal compliance
Champion talent development and mobility, encouraging growth through projects, programmes, and international assignments
Proactively propose and deliver initiatives to boost engagement and foster a positive organisational culture
Analyse HR metrics and dashboards, translating insights into actionable strategies for leadership
Represent HR at business meetings, ensuring alignment between people strategy and business objectives
Collaborate with HR colleagues across Europe to deliver consistent, innovative HR solutions
Ensure best practice and compliance in all HR processes, partnering closely with People Services and Centres of Expertise
Support leadership in interpreting employee feedback and driving action plans for continuous improvement.

Proven HR business partnering experience in a complex, multicultural corporate environment
Strong generalist HR foundation and graduate calibre
Excellent influencing, organisational, and communication skills at all levels
Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive, self-starting approach
Ability to travel occasionally throughout Europe
Fluent in English; proficiency in other European languages is an advantage.
