The sales of the company’s products and services within defined customers and business development activities in certain market segments
Ensure consistent, profitable growth of the portfolio in support of the overall strategic growth targets of the company
Together with the Industrial Key Accounts Sales Manager and relevant stakeholders develop the commercial growth strategy of the customers
Secure excellent customer relations, anticipate customers’ need and offer custom-made solutions with innovative approach
Develop and maintain business relation with customers and prospects
Identify, qualify, gain and develop new opportunities
Develop customer sales strategy
Coordinate work in the account team
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in Key Account Management/B2B sales in multinational environment in automotive & industrial segments
Packaging industry experience is an advantage
BA in Business administration or equivalent
C1 level English and negotiation level Hungarian
High learning agility
Conceptual, analytical and strategic thinking & acting
Helicopter view
Autonomous and self-assured but also team player – relational skills, master of networks
Demonstrated ability to cope under pressure
Have excellent business acumen and show permanent business/customer curiosity
Demonstrated ability to react & decide quickly and effectively to changing circumstances
Commercial attitude with a pragmatic approach
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Driver’s license B
Strong command of MS Office (esp. Excel, Powerpoint), SAP is an advantage
Empathetic, communicative listening sense
Demonstrated ability to address conflict and disharmony fairly.
