Role Overview
- Provide technical leadership and project delivery across asset integrity engagements for critical infrastructure
- Inspect, assess, repair, maintain and extend the life of complex infrastructure assets
- Manage small to medium consulting projects, delivering strong commercial and client outcomes
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships
- Lead, mentor and develop a small team of engineers and scientists
Requirements
- Chartered Engineer and RPEQ
- 10+ years’ experience in asset integrity, reliability services, structural engineering and/or materials science
- Strong expertise in structural engineering and/or materials science
- Capable in project leadership and delivery
- Client engagement and relationship management skills
- Team leadership and mentoring skills
- Commercial awareness and proposal development skills
