Role Overview
- Design and develop NLP applications to power guest–agent interactions.
- Build effective text representations to transform natural language into useful features.
- Find, implement, and optimize algorithms and tools for NLP tasks.
- Train, evaluate, and refine models through statistical analysis and experimentation.
- Collaborate with engineers and product teams to integrate AI features into scalable production systems.
- Collect and organize large datasets to create event-driven actions and improve conversation insights.
- Contribute to enhancing reporting systems with AI-driven analytics and automation.
- Stay up-to-date with the rapidly evolving fields of LLMs and machine learning.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of NLP techniques (text representation, semantic extraction, classification algorithms).
- Knowledge of big data frameworks and event-driven architectures.
- Experience applying LLMs (e.g., GPT, Gemini, BERT, or similar) and RAG systems in production environments.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong coding skills with the ability to write robust, testable, and maintainable code in Python.
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.
