Role Overview
- Lead the definition and execution of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with BBVA Group and RCP goals
- Drive major transformation initiatives across various products and geographies for greater scale
- Facilitate key decision-making for CIB leadership and support top management with strategic presentations and market analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Sciences, or a related field
- MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred
- Fluency in English (minimum C1; C2 preferred)
- Proven experience in strategy and/or business development
- At least 8 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of CIB is an advantage
