About this role
Role Overview
You build and grow a mixed Mid‑Market pipeline
You strategically prospect into relevant accounts and eCommerce verticals
You conduct discovery calls and uncover the real pain points: site search, product discovery, zero‑result searches, personalization, merchandising
You create compelling demos and showcase FactFinder’s AI‑powered Search, Personalization, Recommendations, and Merchandising in practice
You communicate transparently, both internally and externally, throughout the entire sales cycle
You convert inbound and outbound leads into satisfied FactFinder customers
You work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, and Partnerships
You support regional partner activities (system integrators and eCommerce platform partners)
You support regional marketing activities (events, conferences, webinars)
You consistently achieve your quarterly and annual targets
Requirements
3+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS with demonstrable quota achievement in a high‑growth environment
Strong eCommerce expertise – you have sold to eCommerce decision‑makers and understand typical digital commerce challenges
Consultative selling – you navigate complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and build multi‑threaded relationships
Hunter mentality with a relationship focus – you are ambitious, self‑organized, and build genuine, long‑term relationships
Hands‑on and independent – you are quick‑thinking, adaptable, and do not require micromanagement
