Requirements
A degree-level qualification in a relevant field and professional accreditation in Business Analysis or a related discipline.
Solid experience in business or service analysis, including process mapping and process redesign.
Strong understanding of business improvement tools, techniques, and change management approaches.
Excellent analytical skills, with a creative and inquisitive approach to problem‑solving.
The ability to translate complex information clearly and confidently for a range of audiences.
