Cultivate new business opportunities while deepening relationships with existing clients
Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic pricing, forecasting, and pipeline management
Define and execute development plans for key segments across the Americas
Understand customer needs and translate them into high-value technical solutions
Oversee product implementations and ensure seamless integration into customer systems
Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Finance, and Customer Service to optimize outcomes
Attend trade shows, conferences, and training events to generate leads and stay ahead of market trends
Provide insights through competitive analysis, market research, and strategic reporting
Uphold corporate standards including procurement, anti-bribery, and anti-money laundering policies

5+ years of technical sales experience; engineering background preferred
Experience in the precious metals industry required; knowledge of medical and defense markets is a plus
Strong ability to provide technical support and communicate complex concepts clearly
Proficiency in CRM systems (MS Dynamics), spreadsheets, presentations, and data analysis tools
