This is a vacancy for a remote (Germany) or on-site role at our HQ in Tutzing
You will be on-site in Tutzing 2-3 days per week for close collaboration and alignment
Design a modern revenue operating system that turns marketing strategy into predictable pipeline and revenue
Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations and partnering with Marketing and Sales Leadership
Build the infrastructure that powers how we go to market
from first touch to expansion.
Architect the entire commercial infrastructure and lifecycle journey from Lead to Expansion
Design a scalable system for predictable growth
Orchestrate and evolve the tech stack: integrating tools like Clay, Gong, and Google Tag Manager, while proactively eliminating bloat to maximize ROI across all systems.
Build multi-touch attribution models and executive dashboards for insights into marketing-sourced pipeline, CAC, and velocity.
Transform campaigns into repeatable systems by operationalizing UTM governance, optimizing lead scoring, and building nurture frameworks.
Requirements
Several years of hands-on experience in Marketing Operations or GTM Systems, ideally within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment
Deep HubSpot expertise and capable of architecting complex workflows, scoring models, and API integrations from the ground up
Proven track record of designing and implementing multi-touch attribution models that provide clear visibility into marketing performance
Experienced in integrating AI and data enrichment tools like Clay into GTM workflows to automate and scale commercial processes
Fluent in the modern GTM stack, including platforms such as Gong, ABM tools, and intent data providers, to drive systematic growth
Strong analytical skills, preferably including SQL or advanced reporting, with the ability to translate complex data into executive-ready insights
High-ownership mindset and systems-thinking approach, allowing for scalable infrastructure that connects teams and goals.
