About this role
Role Overview
- Create clear, accurate guides, concepts, and reference docs tailored to defined reader personas
- Audit, re-structure, and refresh existing documentation
- Work iteratively by starting with core content and enriching it as features mature
- Partner with Product Managers, coordinate with Engineering and Sales
- Channel input from field teams and users to improve documentation clarity
- Contribute to glossary, terminology, and style guidelines
- Produce enablement materials such as conceptual diagrams, release notes, and tutorials
- Translate feature inputs into user-facing documentation
Requirements
- Experience documenting enterprise software (e.g., ERP, SaaS, middleware, integrations)
- Proven track record in structured, persona-based documentation for complex products
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset; comfortable clarifying open questions with stakeholders
- Information architecture skills, including auditing and re-structuring large doc sets
- Strong interviewing skills with SMEs; thrive in cross-functional teams
- Strong learning agility and curiosity; excellent German (native or near-native preferred) and strong English
