Your impact in this role: As a Partner Account Manager (m/f/d), your mission is to ensure that aedifion becomes firmly established in the building automation market and that strategic partnerships with system integrators, automation specialists, contractors and OEMs grow sustainably.
You act as the bridge between innovative technology and practical application, playing a key role in helping partners successfully integrate our solutions into their value chains.
You combine technical expertise with commercial drive to build a promising segment from existing accounts and create success stories for aedifion.
Together with Sales and Marketing, you develop creative strategies to position aedifion in a traditionally structured market and increase our visibility.
You translate complex technological benefits into compelling, measurable business cases that excite partners and motivate them to act.
You actively support partners in integrating aedifion’s added value into their own business models and in developing successful use cases.
At the same time, you design structured partner programs and onboarding processes that enable long-term, trust-based collaboration.
In addition, you bring valuable insights from the partner ecosystem back into the company and contribute to the continuous development of product and sales strategy.
