Lead regional operations: You will oversee the overall management of the business operations of our eye centers, including satellite centers, and manage the development of strategic partnerships.
Monitor KPIs and prepare reports for management: You will monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, patient satisfaction, and financial indicators.
Lead our local team: Your local team consists of Commercial Directors whom you will lead and develop.
Maintain close contact with physicians: Through regular interaction with senior physicians you will gain insight into current performance and potential issues.
Develop regional strategies and growth plans: You will formulate regional strategy plans aligned with Sanoptis' overarching objectives.
Take financial responsibility: You will ensure the monitoring of the clinics' financial performance.
Create and implement marketing strategies: Develop and execute effective marketing and promotional strategies to increase patient volumes, in close coordination with Sanoptis and the group's marketing team.
Requirements
University degree in Business Administration, Health Management, or a comparable qualification.
Extensive professional experience in a leadership role within healthcare, ideally in ophthalmology, clinic management, or operations.
Alternatively, advanced experience in strategic project management—e.g., gained through working in a management consultancy.
Strong knowledge of process optimization and patient management.
Ability to handle challenges in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
Strong entrepreneurial mindset, a hands-on approach, and a reliable, thorough, and precise working style.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, particularly in billing and financial analysis.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Business-fluent German and English (minimum C1).
