Work on the operation of digital influencer projects, from receiving and interpreting briefs to executing deliverables, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
Manage the relationship with the partner agency responsible for influencer recruitment and fee negotiation, overseeing the end-to-end process with a focus on quality, speed and efficiency.
Curate influencers with an analytical and strategic perspective, taking into account performance data, audience fit, cultural context and brand alignment.
Lead the profile approval process with clients, organizing materials and justifications and ensuring smooth validations.
Support the preparation of commercial and strategic proposals, contributing suggestions for creators, formats and creative ideas.
Participate in the development of new products, solutions and partnerships for the area, providing insights based on hands-on experience and recurring project needs.
Requirements
Solid experience in influencer marketing, branded content or digital projects
Strong analytical skills applied to influencer selection and evaluation
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, partners and internal teams
Proactive and autonomous in driving tasks and deliverables
Proven experience with platforms such as Airfluencer, Sprout and BuzzMonitor (or similar)
Experience with project management platforms (Trello, Monday, etc.)
