About this role
Role Overview
You will fully manage customers at the national level, negotiate independently with your accounts and develop customer-specific annual strategies to achieve our brand and sales targets
You will independently conduct annual and quarterly review meetings and implement customer-specific merchandising and marketing strategies
You will continuously analyze sales KPIs on a monthly and annual basis and regularly prepare forecast plans for your customers
You will work closely with all relevant departments, especially the KAM team, field sales, Customer & Channel Marketing, Customer Service and Finance
You will participate in cross-functional projects
You will open up new sales channels and expand them
Requirements
Ideally you have a degree in business administration or completed commercial vocational training
You have at least 4 years of professional experience as a Key Account Manager selling branded products in food retail and preferably have experience in the convenience or service-station sector
You have very good numerical skills, excellent MS Office knowledge (especially Excel) and good English skills
You are a persuasive sales professional with strong communication, negotiation skills and assertiveness
You have pronounced entrepreneurial and commercial thinking, very good analytical abilities and strategic thinking
You have a strong understanding of brands and a passion for brand building
You are persuasive, goal-oriented, enthusiastic, execution-focused and bring great team spirit
