Account Manager – Insurance/Insurtech

Role Overview

• Oversee client account management
• Take ownership of the day-to-day relationship with all client accounts
• Serve as the primary interface between SchemeServe experts and clients
• Act as a senior point of escalation for client concerns or complaints
• Organise corporate entertainment events and opportunities for clients
• Continually monitor SchemeServe’s portfolio of clients for indicators of account health and opportunities for growth
• Ensure our CRM system is kept up to date
• Support outward sales campaigns and platform demonstrations
• Build trusted relationships that drive high client retention and successful long-term renewals

Requirements

• Experience in the insurance / Insurtech industry
• Strong familiarity with insurance software platforms
• Experience in account management or client relationship roles
• Excellent communication skills
• A proactive and curious mindset
• A full UK driving licence and access to a car
