Oversee daily operations of content distribution, ensuring DCPs and bookings are delivered to cinemas worldwide on time and to a high standard
Plan projects effectively with clients and internal teams
Reprioritise and update orders as needed while keeping clients informed throughout each project lifecycle
Provide first‑tier troubleshooting, escalating issues appropriately
Manage and resolve support queries
Handle quoting, invoicing coordination, and full end‑to‑end order processing across all distribution workflows
Maintain accurate workload planning through the distribution demand planner
Oversee courier logistics, manage third‑party delivery partners
Communicate demand changes, forecast orders, and ensure efficient, cost‑effective distribution methods
Build strong client relationships, promote MPS services, and support revenue growth
Support team collaboration, evaluate workflows, and contribute to improving operational standards and cross‑department processes
