Requirements
7+ years of Data & AI professional services sales, with at least 2+ years focused on selling Data Annotation services.
3+ years of experience leading and growing AI sales teams.
Proven success leading teams to consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets across a portfolio of large, complex enterprise accounts.
Demonstrated ability to personally close and expand high-value enterprise deals, with a strong command of consultative and solution-based sales methodologies.
Experience building and executing long-term account strategies that deliver sustained, compounding revenue growth.
Proven ability to lead and coach sales professionals at various stages of their careers, driving measurable performance improvement.
