Forecast revenue for the annual budget and four monthly outlooks, meet with Finance regularly to align on forecasts
Key partner with Publisher and APs in strategic sales planning and day-to-day sales needs
Provide projections and business insights to support editorial acquisitions
Set seasonal title-level goals and model comps in partnership with APs, aligning responsibly with budget targets
Partner with publishing on seasonal title positioning
Monitor preorders and projections; meet with APs to review progress towards distribution targets and address shortfalls and opportunities
Advocate for title opportunities within Sales
Work closely with Sales Planning Director and Inventory to provide proactive stock updates on fast-moving titles
Work with analysts to provide sales reporting at all stages of publication
Monitor backlist sales at the topline and for key brands
Maintain excellent relationships with sales reps and leaders

At least 7 years' sales experience with broad knowledge of the marketplace and all sales channels
Demonstrated history of driving sales growth in key markets
Cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively to achieve outstanding business results
Highly organized and analytical; must be able to develop and maintain processes and reporting for regularly assessing sales performance.
