About this role
Role Overview
You support our HR Business Partners and the leadership team with all administrative matters
You administratively manage a specific employee group and maintain our systems
You handle cases related to temporary agency employment (where we act as the lender)
You answer questions from employees and, when applicable, managers
You take on project tasks and support the team in establishing the matrix organization and the HR transformation
You work closely with the payroll team
Requirements
You have successfully completed commercial vocational training (preferably a certified HR specialist / Personalfachkaufmann)
You already have experience in personnel administration
You are experienced with collective bargaining agreements (including job classification) and in preparing contract amendments
You enjoy working with various software tools and are confident using MS Office
You are service-oriented and act as a reliable point of contact for employees
You organize your work independently and act proactively
